What happens during a treatment?

Reflexology: Your first treatment will take approximately 90 mins as it includes a detailed consultation & foot reading to understand your reason for treatment, establish your general well being, life style, medical conditions, diet, physical and mental health so that your treatments can be tailored to your individual needs.

You will then be assisted into a reclining chair, shoes and socks removed, where you can sit back, relax and enjoy your treatment.

Your feet will be cleaned prior to the start of a treatment and gently loosened with a few massage techniques. A treatment will end with a soothing foot massage.

Subsequent treatments last 60mins.

If you are being treated in the comfort of your own home then you will be asked to supply a pillow and large towel to rest your feet on while sitting in the reclining chair.
